FEBRUARY 2021 NEW MOON IN AQUARIUS

FEBRUARY 2021 NEW MOON IN AQUARIUS

We normally don’t speak too much on other astrological bodies and how they affect the Moon’s current phase, but fact that six other planetary bodies — the Sun, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, and the asteroid Pallas — are currently lined up in intellectual Aquarius is signaling some major progressive energy that is going to take over our lives and the collective as a whole. Is it a coincidence this is our first New Moon with a new forward-thinking administration? President Biden began a forward charge for social reform, real change, and equality even before he officially took office; how and what will you revolutionize?

The Aquarian innovative and altruistic energy is about to kick your activism and work ethic into high gear. Follow your creative instincts! Write down your ideas and vision! Take some time this New Moon and set some intentions you wish to manifest. Keep in mind, Mercury is still in retrograde, so it may be best to wait on taking steps toward your goal(s). Take these last 10 days to examine your past and how it can aid you in building a better, brighter future for yourself and the collective.

Ritual:

Fill a glass vessel with water. Dress and light your candle and place your cleansed crystal(s) next to it. Facing East, the direction of strength and clarity, set your intention(s) for the goals you wish to achieve—think BIG picture. Write down the first things that come to mind! Let your candle burn out and the next morning, drinking your Aquarian charged water. Keep your journal nearby so you can jot down all your brilliant (and possibly genius!) ideas! And keep your charged crystals with you until your next moon ritual!
